A Personal Note from Event Coordinator John Bysiewicz:

In November 2022, my life changed forever when I was struck by a drunk driver. At the age of 60, I became an amputee. This journey has been incredibly challenging, but it's made me even more passionate about Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and their mission to prevent other families from enduring this pain. MADD’s cause is deeply personal to me, and I would be so grateful if you made a donation to my page. Together, we can save lives and bring hope to those affected by drunk driving.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Connecticut

MADD began with a mother turning her grief into action and sparking a nationwide movement of brave, resilient women. This movement has empowered generations of supporters and shown that women can and will make lasting change. MADD’s mission is to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, support the victims of these violent crimes, and prevent underage drinking.
